"Really appreciated the careful bagging"
I’m usually a little cautious with grocery deliveries because I’ve had bread get crushed or eggs show up cracked before, but my Ralphs order was bagged really well. The cold items were kept together, the bread was still in good shape, and the eggs were packed carefully. They also didn’t overload one bag with a ridiculous amount of cans, which made bringing everything in and unpacking a lot easier. It’s a simple thing, but it makes a difference.

"Nice little perk if you already shop there"
I’m at Ralphs often anyway, so the fuel rewards just kind of make sense for me. I’ve knocked a decent amount off gas a few times, and using my phone number at the pump is easy enough. No confusing process or anything. With gas prices the way they are, it makes the grocery runs feel a little less painful. So yeah, I use it.

"Pretty reliable for produce, with a couple small misses"
I order from ralphs about once a week, usually just fruit and veggies. For the most part, the produce has been fresh, especially things like berries, lettuce, and avocados. I did have a couple of times where the bananas showed up greener than I probably would’ve picked myself, although maybe I’m being a little picky there. One bag of spinach also had a few wet leaves, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, most of what I get lasts a few days in the fridge and looks close to what I’d grab in the store. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Pretty handy for grocery planning"
I mostly use ralphs to check the weekly deals and throw things in my cart before I forget. For the most part, it’s easy enough to use and I can usually find what I’m looking for without digging around too much. The search can be kind of odd sometimes, though, like it’ll show me random stuff before the item I clearly typed in. I’ve also had to refresh after logging in once or twice, but I don’t know if that was the site or just my browser acting up. Overall, it does what I need and makes planning groceries a little easier. Not perfect, but I don’t dread using it.

I’ve found some good deals here every now and then... but it can still feel a little pricey sometimes. Worth checking out, just not always the cheapest option

"Checkout was ridiculously easy"
I used Ralphs for my grocery order, and I’m convinced the checkout could not have been any smoother. My cart loaded perfectly, payment went through immediately, and there were zero weird extra steps trying to slow me down. I hate when websites turn checkout into some huge ordeal, but this was super simple. Once I was done shopping, it probably took about a minute tops. Definitely happy with the whole experience.

I stopped by my local Ralphs recently after a friend recommended it, and while the staff was really nice, the store itself needed some attention. The floors felt sticky, the carts looked dirty, and there was trash near the entrance. I’d go back if they cleaned things up a bit because the employees were pleasant, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing.

"Substitutions didn’t quite meet my expectations"
My order was mostly okay, but the substitutions were hit or miss. I expected them to swap items with something fairly close, and a couple of them did make sense, but one was definitely not something I would’ve chosen. I just wish they had been a little more careful before replacing things.

I ordered groceries through ralphs and a couple things just didn’t show up, which was frustrating because that’s kind of the whole point of ordering groceries. I requested a refund and it did come through eventually, but it took a few days and I never really knew what was going on unless I kept checking myself. I guess since I got the money back it’s technically fine, but it still felt more annoying than it needed to be.

Customer service was alright, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing. I had an issue with a pickup order, and since I was already a little frustrated and tired that day, I messaged them through the site hoping to get it sorted quickly. They did eventually get back to me, but it took almost two days. The rep was nice and took care of the refund for the missing item, so I appreciated that. I just wish the response time was faster, especially when it’s something like groceries.

"I picked up my meds at the..."
I picked up my meds at the Ralphs pharmacy and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. The only annoying part was the wait, it took longer than I expected, and it wasn’t really clear what was going on or how much longer it would be. Overall it was a good experience, but better communication would’ve made it a lot less frustrating.

"Usually good, but I still keep an eye on it"
I order from ralphs.com often, and I’ll admit I’m always a little suspicious when it comes to buying meat online, since you can’t pick it out yourself. But the meat has usually been fresh, and the salmon and shrimp have been good too. The only thing was one time the steaks came a little thinner than I expected, which made me wonder if they were trying to pass off smaller cuts. Overall though, I’ve been happy with it

"Pretty handy for coupons and pickup"
I mostly use the Ralphs app for coupons and placing pickup orders, and for the most part it does what I need. Once you get used to where everything is, it’s easy to find items, and checkout usually goes smoothly. I’ve noticed it tends to get a little slow at random times, and every so often it signs me out, which I kind of expect now but still find annoying. Overall though, it definitely makes grocery shopping easier for me, so I’d give it 4 stars

Got my Ralphs delivery and most of it was totally fine, but they swapped out two things I didn’t ask to replace and somehow missed one yogurt. Not the end of the world or anything, just kind of annoying since I had to run out quick anyway...

"I like shopping at Ralphs, but the pickup..."
I like shopping at Ralphs, but the pickup process has been frustrating lately. I check in and still end up waiting a long time, and sometimes the pickup spots are full or not easy to find. I’ve mentioned it before, but it kind of feels like nobody actually read the message. It does save a little time, just not as much as it should. The whole thing could be a lot smoother
